Overwatch 2’s latest update includes a big change for Torbjörn and Bastion. Blizzard yanked the heroes on October 10 in order to address critical bugs. For a while, Torbjörn players were able to get two uses out of the Overload ability before the cooldown activated. He was removed from Competitive Play until Blizzard solved that issue.

As for Bastion, the omnic was able to fire far more than the three shells they are supposed to while the Configuration: Artillery Ultimate is active. That was a game-breaking bug that led to Blizzard removing the hero from all modes until the devs were able to resolve the problem.
